Grants for new homes in SA extended...

If you are looking to build a new home valued up to $400,000, there is some great news...you may be eligible for a $8,500 grant.

An initiative of the South Australian Government, the grants were due to expire on June 30, but have been extended to December 2013.

The Housing Construction Grants applies to anyone, even investors, who build a new home with a property value of between $400,000 and $450,000. 

First home owners are also eligible for an additional grant of $15,000; taking the total grants available to $23,500.
